Refund policy

All sales from YourCrystalSis are final. Refunds MAY be accepted before shipping with the payment of a $15 restocking fee. Refunds will not be granted without payment of the restocking fee.

YourCrystalSis does not offer “change my mind” returns and refunds once item/items are in your possession.

Once package has been shipped it is your responsibility to receive the package. However please email with any comments/concerns you may have!
